Angela Gossow Urach

Angela Gossow grew up in Cologne along with her three siblings. She was 17 years old at the time her parents separated. Their business was bankrupt, adding to her financial woes. Being bulimic and anorexic contributed to her problems. Gossow's reaction to her decision to stop performing as the singer of the band ARCH ENEMY was straightforward The answer was: There's a right and wrong moment for everything. The first time I began was in the year 1991. My joy in doing it began to fade. After a while, I realized that I could not pretend anymore, but rather step down.
